Si bien con el correr de los discos la canción ganó mucho terreno en el catálogo de Mamushka, nuestro primer amor fueron las bandas que sonaban como soundtracks de viajes espaciales. Hoy retomamos la senda con Los Codos, un grupo de rock psicodélico oriundo de Rosario cuyos integrantes andan juntos desde fines de 2004, y que desde entonces ha registrado tres discos.
A través de su netlabel amigo, presentan el cuarto: 'Secuencias Discontinuas', una colección de temas inéditos y nuevas versiones de piezas anteriores de su repertorio.
Como suele ocurrir con las bandas instrumentales, las conversaciones se entablan sobre todo entre guitarras filosas y teclados cósmicos, comunicación que, aquí, nace de largas improvisaciones (algo que se ve que se les da bien, ya que el resultado es redondísimo).

Even though as our catalogue grew, the song gained a better part of it, our first flings were a lot of bands that sounded as music scores for space travel. Today we go back to that affair with Los Codos, a psychedelic rock band that hails from Rosario. Formed around 2004, they have already recorded three albums, and now, through your friendly neighborhood netlabel, they present the fourth one: 'Secuencias Discontinuas', a collection of new pieces and fresh versions of previous material.
As it is frequently the case with instrumental ensembles, conversations come up, specially between edgy guitars and cosmic keyboards. In the case of Los Codos, these conversations allegedly come from long improv sessions, but they really seem to have gotten the hang of it.
